- Ideally 5+ years of experience in database software and/or geoscience technology
- Experience in software implementation, support and training, is an asset
- Experience writing SQL scripts to query databases is an asset
- Experience with the global natural resources sector, specifically mining, is an asset
- A post-secondary degree/qualification in geoscience or technology
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, to all levels of the organisation
- Fluency in French and/or Spanish is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability/desire to travel
The fine print of this gig:
In the role of Technology Adviser, you will report to the Operations Manager and be based at our Calgary office in Alberta, Canada. Your role will be to implement our industry leading software and provide technical support to our growing customer base. Specific, in-depth training on our software is provided.
