Here’s what we need from you:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a corporate reception/administration environment
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Well-developed conceptual, analytical & planning skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise your workload
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong Interpersonal skills and customer orientation is essential
  • Knowledge of English will be favourably regarded

    Along with the technical competencies, you will need to be an innovative, organised and motivated team player who can communicate well and work without close supervision.

The fine print of this gig:

Your role will report to the VP Finance, overseen by the local Operations Manager and based at our office in Santiago, Chile. You will be required to perform all aspects of reception and administration, from answering phone calls, dealing with suppliers and office providers, sorting mails, reconciling the petty cash, through to organising and facilitating office events and other ad-hoc administration duties as required.
