Here's what you will be doing:

After going through our industry-renowned certified training, in addition to internal position-specific training, you will be working with our customers to capture their solution requirements.
You will be expected to draw up solution designs and implementation plans, based on our internal methodologies and best practices.
Be the lead implementer for GIM Suite, in line with the above customer requirements and designs.
Troubleshoot, support and upgrade existing GIM Suite deployments. Stay abreast of new GIM Suite versions, industry developments and broader technological trends.
Present training material to end-users.
Understanding and communication of our value proposition to all customers.
Communicate and present acQuire’s software solutions to a variety of stakeholders.
Taking ownership and sustainability of company culture.
Providing a high level of customer service, maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers.

Here’s what we need from you:

Degree qualification/s in geosciences, mining, software engineering, systems, or an IT related field
Exposure to Relational Database Management Systems would be beneficial
Exposure to business analysis and solutions architecture would be beneficial
Exposure to information management would be beneficial
Experience in working with customers would be beneficial
Exposure to the mining industry would be beneficial
A passport, as there will be travel opportunities, both locally and internationally
Knowledge of the global natural resources sector, specifically mining would be beneficial
The ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, to all levels of the organisation

The fine print of this gig:

You will report to the APAC Operations Manager and be based at our Perth office in Western Australia. Your role will be to shape our industry standard software and you will be required to perform all aspects of:

Advising and delivering on technology solutions
Providing technical support
Develop and maintain expert GIM Suite knowledge
Develop customer capability
