Here's what you will be doing:
- Managing a portfolio of our customer accounts
- Providing high level of customer service, maintaining and developing relationships with our existing customers
- Driving revenue opportunities, expanding the utilisation of our technology by value adding to our customers
- Understanding and communication of our value proposition to all customers
- Communicate and present acQuire’s software solutions to a variety of stakeholders
- Taking ownership and sustainability of company culture
Here’s what we need from you:
- Sales and/or marketing qualifications are desirable
- Working knowledge of the energy, mining and/or exploration industry is an asset
- A minimum of 3 years industry experience in a technology sales role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Business to Business sales
- Proven negotiation skills
- Ability to manage client feedback and quickly resolve issues
- Be a strong team player, be highly motivated and a self-starter
- Possess a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
The fine print of this gig:
Your role will report to the Commercial Account Manager Lead (CAML) and be based at our Calgary office in Alberta. You will be required to perform all aspects of account management, from account planning,, forecasting, customer meetings,pipeline management, through to negotiating and closing sales. Some interstate travel is required.This role is for the person that loves to be busy and can adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Our philosophy is keeping clients for life and bringing them on the journey with us, you will be a key part of this.
