DM Civil is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified microtunneling operator to expand our existing trenchless technology operations. Experience with the operation of Iseki, Rockman and/or Herrenknecht slurry microtunneling machines is highly desirable.

To be successful in this position, you will:
  • Have a minimum 3 years recent experience in microtunneling,
  • Have a demonstrated understanding of task sequencing for trenchless procedures,
  • Show professionalism when dealing with key stakeholders,
  • Show initiative and have a positive attitude and desire for continuous improvement through training and development,
  • Be proactive when doing repetitive, manual duties,
  • Hold a blue/white safety card, a current HR drivers licence and have your own transport.
Previous employment stability and a demonstrated understanding of technical and safety procedures are essential. You must also be flexible and willing to work weekends, across the greater metropolitan area and in remote locations as necessary.

A pre-employment medical including alcohol and drug screen will be required.
