Civmec is currently seeking a Serviceperson Mechanic to join our Plant Yard. In this position, you will be working on various plant and equipment, from generators and trowelling machines, through to trucks and large cranes. This position will be based in the Henderson Plant Yard and will at times require you to mobilise to various sites during the course of the projects on the appropriate FIFO roster.

In this position, you will be working on various plant and equipment, from generators and trowelling machines, through to trucks and large cranes. This position will be based in the Henderson Plant Yard and will at times require you to mobilise to various sites during the course of the projects on the appropriate FIFO roster.
The role includes
• Daily, weekly and monthly scheduled maintenance of plant and associated equipment
• Breakdown services within the plant yard and on site
• Maintain plant in a ready state to go to site
• Full plant overhaul when required
• General plant maintenance (light to heavy plant)
About you
• Relevant mechanical trade certificate
• Blue/White card
• MR number / Registered mechanic
• Able to fault diagnose mobile equipment
• Experience conducting repairs and maintenance to heavy mobile equipment
• Experience conducting repairs and maintenance to petrol and diesel engines
