In light of our continued growth, Civmec is currently seeking applications for an experienced Coating Inspector to join our team. Based in Henderson, you will be responsible for inspection of painting works carried out onsite. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking for a metro based role.

In light of our continued growth, Civmec is currently seeking applications for an experienced Coating Inspector to join our team. Based in Henderson, you will be responsible for inspection of painting works carried out onsite. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking for a metro based role.
We are seeking applicants who are experienced in both coatings and fabrication, and who are available for an immediate start.
Key accountabilities include
- Undertaking general coating and welding inspection duties
- Preparing and assisting with traceability issues
- Reporting on product and process non-conformance and product preservation
- Monitoring the calibration of inspection and testing equipment
- You will need to demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years’ experience blasting and painting, with a further two (2) years spent in a supervisory role (at a minimum) within the mining and resources industries
- NACE CIP Level 2 qualification (at a minimum) is essential
- You will require sound knowledge of relevant painting standards
- Expanding portfolio of diverse work across multiple industries in a range of national locations
