This Position
We are seeking a Contracts Administrator with relevant experience in the resource and construction industry. Based at our Henderson facility, you will join an experienced project team working on large scale fabrication, assembly and modularisation projects.

Responsibilities will include
  • Prepare contract templates based on the project contract documentation
  • Assist the Project Manager to review contractual obligations and contract templates
  • Attend weekly site meetings
  • Advise client and relevant parties of notices of delay, extensions of time, subcontracts and or supplier agreements required for the project
  • Provide support to the Project Manager to prepare and forward relevant notices within designated timeframes
  • Update and maintain notices of delay and extensions of time registers
  • Notify clients of any issues, special circumstances or breaches of contract
  • Liaise with subcontractors to ensure all relevant insurances are current and legal
  • Prepare contracts for suppliers and subcontractors highlighting relevant issues specific to the project
You will need
  • Tertiary Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or similar field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience in Quantity Surveying or Contracts Administration within similar industries is desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
