Civmec's capabilities include heavy engineering, modularisation, SMP and electrical installation, site civil works, precast concrete, industrial installation, offshore logistics, refractory, surface treatment and fireproofing, and maintenance services. Key accountabilities include:
  • Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for Projects.
  • Support the business unit’s senior leadership team in the delivery of generalist administration duties
  • Weekly and monthly reporting
  • Project support as required, including flights, accommodation and timesheets
  • Interface with support services and project teams
  • Generalist cost controlling including, invoicing, MR creation and maintenance and expense claims
  • Compile stationery requests and maintain relevant stock levels
  • Data enter and maintain registers, including correspondence, technical query, site instruction/variation & NOD registers
  • Coordinate inductions
  • Ensure maintenance and upgrade of project data and statistics, inspection and testing documentation
  • File documents and ensure accurate records management
  • Manage site purchase order system including reconciling invoices to purchase orders
  • Assist engineers with work scheduling and procurement
  • Assist in any other general duties as may be required by the Company
  • Maintain company standards for Quality Assurance purposes

  • Demonstrated background of working in a fast paced team environment with the ability to manage competing priorities

  • A strong work ethic and the ability to engage and connect with CIVMEC's team of skilled labourers and operators.
  • Previous experience in the field of administration or project controls ideally in the mining or construction industry is desirable.
