Our current opportunity

In light of our continued growth, Civmec is currently seeking applications for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our team based in Henderson. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the successful applicant will support the businesses blue collar recruitment related activities including high profile WA based projects as well as current recruitment around Australia.

Key accountabilities include:
  • Booking flights, accommodation, medicals, inductions and VOC’s
  • Drafting of advertisements and managing role specific talent pools
  • Candidate management through the recruitment process
  • Collection and storage of pre-recruitment documentation
  • Conducting interviews and reference checks
  • Database maintenance including updating of candidate’s progress
  • Ongoing communication and engagement with key stakeholders
  • Compliance to the businesses recruitment process
You will:
  • Possess experience with ERMS, flight booking systems and applicant tracking software
  • Have experience with large volumes and/or shutdowns within the construction industry
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional time management skills coupled with a self-starter attitude
  • Knowledge of industry relevant tickets, licenses and qualifications will be advantageous
  • Be able to multi-task and be willing to assist with other projects when required
