In a Recruitment Advisor role at Civmec, you will –
- Conducting interviews and coordinating reference checks-booking medicals, flights, accommodation, inductions and VOC’s and arranging of PPE.
- Drafting of advertisements and managing role specific talent pools
- Candidate management through the recruitment process
- Collection and storage of pre-recruitment documentation
- Database maintenance including updating of candidate’s progress
- Submitting project specific mobilisation paperwork and adhering to project specific requirements.
- Ongoing communication and engagement with key stakeholders
- Compliance to the businesses recruitment process
- Have solid recruitment experience within the construction / engineering industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced envrionment
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional time management skills coupled with a self-starter attitude
- Be able to multi-task and be willing to assist with other projects when required
