In a Business Development Lead role at Civmec, you will –
- Contribute to Company growth and development to ensure the success of our core company goals are met
- Assist in the identification of new work opportunities for market share and growth, including coordinating and assisting with winning bids
- Work closely with business unit General Managers to identify and investigate growth opportunities for the company
- Promote and maintain Client Relationship Management plans, activity reports and associated business development plans
About You –
- Demonstrated, extensive business development experience within the resources, construction and engineering industries
- Be able to thrive in an agile, dynamic work environment that has a strong emphasis on outcomes
- Have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A well maintained personal network encompassing the resources industry is preferred
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management or similar will be highly regarded
