Civmec are currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team based in our corporate offices in Henderson, WA.

The opportunity –
Civmec are currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team based in our corporate offices in Henderson, WA.
In a Quantity Surveying role at Civmec, you will –
- Assist the project team in the review of contractual obligations and contract templates
- Advise client and relevant parties of notices of delay, extensions of time, subcontracts and or supplier agreements required for the project
- Support to the project team to prepare and forward relevant notices within designated timeframes
- Update and maintain notices of delay and extensions of time registers
- Notify clients of any issues, special circumstances or breaches of contract
- Prepare contracts for suppliers and subcontractors highlighting relevant issues specific to the project
- Have a tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar
- Possess a minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Fabrication experience (essential)
- Re-measurement works
- Have proven experience working within the contractor or EPC construction industry
- Adept at using your interpersonal and communication skills to influence outcomes
- Have a proactive mentality and pragmatic approach to achieving positive results
