With a healthy order book of work and a structured growth plan in place, Civmec is currently seeking Graduates HSE Advisors for future opportunities based in Perth, WA, Australia.

Those individuals who are interested in working for Civmec will possess a commitment to promoting a safe work environment, taking ownership of their work, having proven organisational and time management skills combined with the ability to work autonomously within a high pressure environment.

You will possess:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health & Safety or similar
  • A combination of leadership and HSE technical strengths
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • High level written communication skills for report writing, internal communications and assistance with safe operating procedures
  • Ability to prepare and conduct safety training and education programs
