Mammoet Australia Pty Ltd, is currently seeking an enthusiastic; dedicated; pro-active Transport Scheduler to join their team in Naval Base.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Work in a team environment to assist with all aspects in the planning department
- Transport (MRWA knowledge)
- Permits
- MRWA accreditation
- Planning transport equipment and personnel
- Prepare pro forma invoices
- SAP experience (not essential) but preferred
Experience & Profile:
- 2 to 3years administration experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiar with the transport industry
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi task
- A problem solver attitude, with a highly logical and innovative mind, that can focus on specific requirements but also “think outside the box”
- Excellent communication skills
- SAP experience preferred but not essential
- Proactive and keen to learn on the job
