Due to continued success CBI Constructors currently has an opportunity for suitably experienced HR Advisors/Recruiters to join our recruitment office located south of the river. This position will focus on delivering recruitment of high volume personnel to various site locations Australia-wide. Candidates with considerable recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.
Our Kwinana office requires motivated and skilled ‘HR Advisors/Recruiters’ to assist with the full range of recruitment activities including reference checking, interviewing, preparing contracts of employment and conducting new employee alignments.
The successful applicant should have at least 4 years solid experience in recruiting in the construction industry. Being a team player you will be able to add value and strengthen the recruitment team through knowledge and demonstrated success.
Having had exposure to construction or mining recruitment, the ideal applicants will be well versed in full end to end recruitment process and considerable ERMS exposure from both CBI’s and our clients’ perspective.
