We currently have outstanding opportunity for a highly competent and experienced QA/QC Document Controller on the Pluto LNG Project in Karratha, WA.

Essential Experience:
Control of all incoming and outgoing correspondence not limited to the following;
- Incoming Letters
- Incoming Transmittals
- Contract Directions
- Site Engineering Queries
- Variation Notices
- Minutes of Meetings
- Outgoing Letters
- Outgoing Transmittal
- Updating Master Registers of QAQC
- Assist the Quality Manager in submitting submission of subcontract documents and drawings.
- Filing of Documents and making sure all files are updated and superseded documents are removed from files.
- Reviewing incoming documents making sure all attachments are complete and readable.
- Preparation of Inspection and Test Reports (ITR).
- Preparation of Manufacturer’s Data Records (MDR)
- Assist the QAQC manager and Inspectors in all administrative works.
- Good computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Willing to be trained as Document Controller and QAQC documentation works.
Essential Requirements:
- OHS Construction Induction Card (White/Blue Card)
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol screen
