Our current vacancy

A unique opportunity, Civmec is currently seeking applications from experienced willing and mobile White Collar Recruitment Advisors based in Perth to join the Civmec team for both project and corporate assignments. Reporting to the Civmec Recruitment Manager, suitable applicants will work closely with project teams to support end to end recruitment activities and ensure corporate compliance against set processes, and policies; redeployment of existing personnel will be critical to this roles success.

Working closely with project teams to understand forecast recruitment needs, the successful applicant will develop relationships and talent pools within the local market, deliver strategic resourcing outcomes and provide high level reporting to our internal stakeholders. Key accountabilities include:
  • Drafting of advertisements and managing role specific talent pools
  • Candidate management through the recruitment process
  • Collection and storage of pre-recruitment documentation
  • Conducting interviews and reference checks
  • Database maintenance including updating of candidate’s progress
  • Ongoing communication and engagement with key stakeholders
  • Compliance to the businesses recruitment process
  • Formal weekly reporting and issue escalation
  • Talent pool activities for high value business need positions
  • Development of role specific sourcing strategies
  • Support and manage on boarding activities
You will:
  • Possess experience with recruitment software, flight booking systems and applicant tracking software
  • Have experience with white collar recruitment; experience with blue collar recruitment is desirable also
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional time management skills coupled with a self-starter attitude
  • Knowledge of industry relevant tickets, licenses and qualifications will be advantageous
