About the role
- Understand steel reinforcement schedules and read reinforcement drawings
- Installation of steel reinforcement for Base slabs and walls
- Assemble the reinforcing bars or mesh by wiring into predetermined locations within the concrete
- 2 years’ minimum experience on a construction site as a Steel Fixer
- Leading Hand experience
- White / Blue Card
- Elevated Work Platform – Desirable
- Working at heights – Desirable
