In light of our continued growth, Civmec is currently seeking applications for an experienced Civil Project Engineer to join our team. FIFO from Perth on a 3:1 roster, the successful applicant will be responsible for the engineering of concrete structures and general civil aspects on process and non-process infrastructure.

Our current opportunity
In light of our continued growth, Civmec is currently seeking applications for an experienced Civil Project Engineer to join our team. FIFO from Perth on a 3:1 roster, the successful applicant will be responsible for the engineering of concrete structures and general civil aspects on process and non-process infrastructure.
Key accountabilities include:
- Liaise with client representatives regarding technical queries, inspections, project scheduling and coordinating deliveries
- Ensure the company's objectives and policies are adhered to
- Preparation and issue of weekly status reports
- Preparation of work schedules
- Preparation of material requisitions
- Review and approve technical deviation/query requests and maintain TDQR register
- Take timely corrective action to address any issued non-conformances
- Provide accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports as directed
- Tertiary qualifications in structural, civil engineering or construction management
- Experience on process plant or power station projects ideally within the mining sector
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient knowledge in MS Office suite is essential
- Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
