Our current opportunity
In light of our continued growth, Civmec is currently seeking applications for an experienced Technical Clerk to join our team. Based in Darwin the successful applicant will be responsible for various administrative duties. This is for 4-6 weeks initially with possabilities of extension.

Key accountabilities include:
  • Assists Direct Manager on a daily basis with general secretarial and administrative duties
  • Data entry and maintenance of technical registers, including daily work-records/time-sheets
  • Compile business documentation, plans and other sensitive correspondence as required
  • Perform filing duties for projects, tenders and corporate documentation
  • Provide document control of drawings, specifications and transmittals
  • Arrange all intrastate, interstate and international travel for senior managers
  • Prepare agenda items and meeting minutes as directed
  • Manage appointments and meeting commitments
  • Maintain appropriate level of stationery and office supplies
  • Ensure copying and faxing equipment is stocked with consumables
  • Organise couriers for collection of documents as required
About you:
  • Certificate III in Business Administration or similar is desirable
  • Minimum two (2) years experience in an administration role
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office
