The opportunity –
Civmec are currently seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to join our Amrun Project team, based near Weipa in far north Queensland.
This position is FIFO, on a 20:8 FIFO roster.

In a Senior Electrical Project Engineer role at Civmec, you will –
- Be proficient in subcontractor management
- Identify engineering issues and submit technical queries
- Prepare work packs and methodologies
- Undertake scheduling, procurement and forecasting
- Prepare of monthly costing, reporting and registers
- Electrical engineering qualification is essential
- Demonstrated experience within the field of construction, engineering and/or resources sector
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and changes in priorities
- Capacity to plan, organise and prioritise work tasks
- Results oriented including the ability to meet deadlines and changes in priorities, in order to achieve required service levels
- High level of interpersonal skills with experience in negotiation, organisation, problem solving
