The opportunity


Civmec are currently seeking a Civil Supervisor to join our team based in Grafton, NSW. This role is full time and reports to the Project Manager.

Key accountabilities include

  • Assist and oversee the planning, organisation and manufacture of reinforcement for the precast Facility
  • Liaise with client representatives/Project Engineers regarding technical queries, inspections, project scheduling and coordinating deliveries
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that works are carried out according to client specifications
  • Develop and review documentation necessary to facilitate work carried out
  • Prepare and edit construction plans, maps, charts and drawings to client specifications
  • Compose weekly progress reports
  • Ensure relevant field inspection checklists are completed and signed in conjunction with client representatives
  • Maintain company standards for quality assurance purposes
  • Perform other general duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed
You will have

  • White Card/Blue Card
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proficient knowledge in MS Office suite
  • Steel Fixing or Formwork background - Preferred
  • Reinforcement Supervision experience - Preferred
