The opportunity –
Civmec are currently seeking Boilermakers, Special Class Welders and Pipe Fitters to join our team, based at our Civmec Workshop in Henderson. These roles are Local on a full time basis for the duration of the project.
The project –
This project will currently offer 1 – 3 month workloads and will have dayshift positions available for your consideration.
In a Workshop role at Civmec, you will –
- Interpret engineering and detail fabrication drawings, specifications and standards
- Perform the welding of steel components, general fabrication
- Maintain all correct consumables, feeds, amperages and preheat in accordance with applicable rocedures
- Special Class Welders must be able to pass a weld test on 6" heavy wall Stainless and Carbon pipe
About You –
- Trade Certificate
- Fabrication qualifications
- Ability to complete work to a high standard and within a specific timeframe
- Be a motivated, self-starter with a commitment to supporting the businesses growth
