In a Precast Production Manager role at Civmec, you will
- Work as a part of a self-starting and driven team
- Execute pre-tensioning concrete works through detailed planning and day-to-day
- Manage labour levels, forecasting and acquisition
- Develop, implement and manage QA/QC processes to exceed the projects and client expectations
- Assist tender and estimating process at all levels
- Develop and implement methodologies to achieve project objectives and timeframes
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a complex pre-tensioned concrete
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the precast industry
- Industry understanding and knowledge of relevant Australian Standards & Regulations
- Having a highly collaborative and negotiation style, you will possess the ability to influence at ground through to senior executive level
- Be flexible and adaptable in your approach as you adjust to the changing demands of our industry
- Analytical and critical thinking capabilities, together with strong commercial and financial acumen are essential
- Possess strong problem solving, organisational and project management skills
