Civmec are seeking a Strategy and Development Manager to join our corporate leadership team, based at our corporate office in Henderson.
Focusing on the Minerals and Metals sector, this role contributes to the Business Development and Proposals department by identifying new business opportunities to reach Company objectives and maintain client relationships.

The opportunity –
Civmec are seeking a Strategy and Development Manager to join our corporate leadership team, based at our corporate office in Henderson.
Focusing on the Minerals and Metals sector, this role contributes to the Business Development and Proposals department by identifying new business opportunities to reach Company objectives and maintain client relationships.
In a Strategy and Development Manager role at Civmec, you will –
- Focus on work winning, predominately in the Minerals and Metals sector
- Providing strategic direction and identification of business opportunities
- Leverage from Civmec’s known capabilities and service offerings to current and new clients
- Identify potential projects, performing competitive research and evaluating proposed projects
- Analyse and develop business cases for new business targets
About You –
- Previous experience ideally in the Fabrication, Maintenance and Construction, Minerals and Metals and engineering sector
- Exceptional understanding of the Minerals and Metals industry
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a business development role
- Have a ‘self starter’ attitude and be a hands on manager
- Have a high level of interpersonal and negotiation skills, and possess the ability to influence at ground through to senior executive level
- Be flexible and adaptable in your approach as you adjust to the changing demands of our industry
